Do you accept returns?

Each item is custom‑made to order. Please review the Specsheet + Measurements Guide in each product to confirm your correct size. All sales are final, and we do not accept returns due to sizing.

Should I order for my entire department in the store?

The store is provided for individual ordering or for orders less than 12 pieces of each product. For bulk orders of apparel or promo, please email info@darlingpromo.com.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders should arrive within 7 to 10 days.
